Hellenic Property Desk is an independent introduction service. We connect international buyers with established property companies in Greece. We do not sell property, we are not estate agents, and we do not provide investment, tax or legal advice.

When you submit an enquiry, we introduce you to one property company we believe is suitable for your budget and interests. We charge no fee to buyers. The property company pays us for the introduction.

Everything on this site is information, not advice. Property values can go down as well as up. Yields are market averages, not a guarantee of what any individual property will earn. Before buying, speak to an independent lawyer, tax adviser and, if needed, a financial adviser.
